INFLUENCER MANAGEMENT
While I’ve been partnering with various brands through influencer marketing since 2016, in 2019 I began developing and managing influencer marketing programs professionally, meaning that I have a comprehensive and unique understanding of brand and creator perspectives of this method of collaborative advertising. My work in influencer marketing and management is inclusive of full strategy, creation, and implementation of these programs— from the research, curation, and development of influencer rosters, contract creation and execution, planning and hosting trips, and outlining expectations, to collaborating on outcomes, collecting user-generated content, and developing relationships that drive deliverables and results.
Winter Park Resort
Winter Park Resort wanted to develop an in-house content creator program that generated quality content while also building meaningful relationships. I crafted, led, and executed this program from the ground up in the 23/24 winter season, seeing 3.1M impressions in 3 months, an average 209% increase in content shares, and banking hundreds of pieces of published and unpublished content across 13 different creators and their families.
Hereafter
For sustainable apparel brand Hereafter, I took on the design of their initial influencer program launch, working to bring a diverse representation to the brand, especially because their product is already moderately size-inclusive.
